On the first night of our stay, there was loud music playing from the restaurant downstairs which made it difficult to sleep. When I complained to the night manager, he was dismissive and unhelpful. The hotel owner was away for a week and the front desk staff had no power to do anything about it. The customer service was poor overall.

Walking to the city center was easy and took only 15 minutes, making it convenient for us to explore. we had a great stay with all the necessary amenities.
